Commercial Wallcote Application
Existing brickwork is coated with Wallcote Trade Render.
Then a single coat of Acryloc Marblecote Texture is applied for a classy finish.
Finally a protective finish coat of Acryloc Silk Lo Sheen Paint.
 
 


 


 


 




Roofcote 1 - Pressure Cleaning
Disconnect downpipes from rainwater tanks (and stormwater if required by local authorities).
Apply Heavy Duty Cleaner, allow to soak and pressure clean off.  
 


 


 


 




Roofcote 2 - Remove damaged caps & tiles
Remove any damaged or loose ridge caps.
Remove and replace any cracked or damaged tiles.  
 


 


 


 




Roofcote 3 - Replace Ridge capping
Ridge capping is rebedded in fresh mortar.
Use of a bedding frame to place the mortar is recommended.  
 


 


 


 




Roofcote 4 - Repoint the Ridge Capping
Acryloc Ridgepoint is applied over the bedding mortar and finished off level with the cap. Ridgepoint is durable, flexible and pre- coloured.  
 


 


 


 




Roofcote 6 - Paint Coating
Two coats of Acryloc CRC Paint are applied over the primed surface.
